Shipped via Tailgate Truck: Due to the size and weight, this product will be shipped using a tailgate lift truck. This product will be shipped fully assembled on a pallet, which will be lowered off the truck via tailgate lift. It is the customer's responsibility to check that all doors and pathways will accomodate the item's shipping sizes. Terms and Conditions: Delivery of this product is to a GROUND FLOOR level only, and must be met by the customer. Delivery of this product is between 8.30 - 5pm business days only. Any re-deliveries will incur extra costs. Shipping cost includes freight insurance up to the point of delivery. All insurance cover ends at point of delivery the moment unloading begins.
