These free standing sign bases feature a super-simple construction which can be used to securely support large signs of up to 180cm high and 150cm wide. It is made from folded 2mm steel which has been powder-coated to ensure a durable, yet appealing finish. This simple design also keeps the cost of the sign stand to a bare minimum, so you get double-sided, high impact advertising at a fantastic price.

The floor sign stand can be used to display almost any rigid sign board from 3mm to 20mm thick. We supply the base only of this portable sign display – no sign board or printing is included. Due to the fact that the most suitable substrate for your sign will vary depending on the specific application, we prefer that you use your local sign supplier to advise you and print the board that is right for your job.

Commonly used sign board materials include: PVC, corrugated plastic, MDF, composite aluminium or timber sheets.

Before assembling the display for the first time, two holes must be made in the base of the sign board to match those in both sides of the base. The bolts supplied with the unit are then passed through the holes and the wing-nuts are tightened to securely fasten the board to the base.

These floor signs are often used in retail setting such as in shop windows, at the entrance to a shop or in shopping mall walkways. The fact that these signs are easily disassembled also makes them popular for use at exhibitions and trade shows.
