We offer “Buy before 1:00 p.m. today – Despatched before 1:00 p.m. tomorrow”.
Most items are “in stock” -
If your quantity exceeds our stock level one of our customer service staff will inform you immediately.
Most orders are shipped through TNT/Australia Post -
Regardless of whether delivery is arranged by Slimline Warehouse, or by the customer, we accept no duty or responsibility for the date of delivery or damaged caused during transit.
These services will incur an additional cost; you will be notified prior to despatch of the amount.
UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS
Inspect all boxes, packages, products for damage
When you receive your product inspect for any damage. Check all components and parts immediately upon arrival of your delivery.
On occasion products have been damaged during transport.
Slimline Warehouse must be notified immediately.
We request that photo’s of the damaged goods and packaging be provided (if at all possible).
We are required to file a claim for shipping damage within five (5) days, if we are not notified within this period all damage becomes the customers responsibility.

RETURN POLICY
It is the responsibility of the Customer/Purchaser to ensure the product they have chosen is entirely suitable for the purpose for which it is intended – prior to ordering.
Returns may be granted by application.
Returns on stock items are accepted within ten (10) days of delivery.
No returns will be accepted without prior consent.
All returns are subject to a 25% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee.
All returned items must be re-packaged and returned in their original packaging for protection purposes.
Any goods returned damaged will not be credited.
Credits will not be issued on any shipping costs for return shipping, this cost is the responsibility of the customer. We advise customer to take shipping insurance on return merchandise.
Please allow ten (10) days from the date of arrival for investigation and credit (when credit approval is established).
Custom made products are non-returnable. Under no circumstance will allowances be made (custom displays, text, printing, colours).
